What type of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. Stripe is a well-known and trusted payment processor. Your payment info never even sees our server.

Can I try your service for free?

Of course! Just Sign Up and give it a go. All websites have a 14 day grace period for testing. After that, commercial websites will require a subscription.

Where are you located?

Surreal CMS is built in New Hampshire. The service is provided by A Beautiful Site, LLC, a privately held company founded in Florida in 2008.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime. Just head to the billing section of the dashboard. There's no hassle, no contracts, and no cancellation fees.

Can I update my payment info?

Of course. Just go to the billing section of the dashboard. You'll see a button that lets you update your payment info.

What is your refund policy?

You can request a refund up to 30 days after your invoice date. If you cancel your subscription, you can continue to use the service until your billing period ends.
